What is dust control? Dust Control is a process where a liquid solution is applied to an
existing, unpaved, gravel road surface to suppress the dust that becomes airborne from passing
vehicles, wind erosion and other aggregate loss.
Road dust is made up of fine particles that are important for the stability of the road. When fines
